Commits index.html's "3-day history" button label (deployed earlier
this session but not yet committed), drops the now-inaccurate
hardcoded day-count from synoptic-morph.service's Description=, and
adds doc/rtfm.md as the formation's continuously-maintained handbook
per house convention.
